How to change the sent from email

Hello,

We want to connect this contact form to our ticketing system. The problem is that all the emails are sent under the main email of our wordpress installation.

Would you please let us know that how would we be able to change the sender’s email to customer’s email address which he/she entered in the contact form ?

Currently we are using an another contact form which does this.

Neither of the methods worked!

The email which is being recorded in our ticketing system which is osTicket is still the main email of the wordpress.

Any ideas?
