How to create an optin?

I am setting up a three fileds from for a newsletter. The newsletter itself will be sent through a mailclient (Outlook, Thunderbird or Gmail or something similar).

The law in my country states that dispite someone subscribing to a newsletter, they still first need to receive an e-mail with an optin. This email usually contains a link.
Also there needs to be an unsubcribe option.

How would I go about creating this with qForm?

Yeah that’s the problem. This is for a client who doesn’t want to use something like Mailchimp or aWeber and so on.

So is there any way to do this with purely qForm?
