How to date conditional logic

Hi there,
I am wanting to capture a persons date of birth and from that need to work out if they are over 18 or not…

If under 18 show certain elements in a form
If over 18 show different elements in a form

How would I go about achieving this? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Ok new challenge… Apparently I didn’t think everything through properly.
I need the date to determine an extra variable.
So for the conditional logic I need 3 choices instead of the initial two.
They are:
1. Over 18
2. Ages 5 to 18
3. Under 5
4. Unknown

Any help would be greatly appreciated. All my attempts at changing your above code have been futile… Time to call in the experts 🙂
