How to enable SMTP in Quform v2

Hello,

We have been using Quform v1 on many sites for years and it has been great.

We just purchased Quform for a new site and this Quform is now Quform v2. We must be missing the obvious as we cannot figure how to enable SMTP and to set global SMTP settings within Quform v2.

Can you please tell us where to enable SMTP and where to set the global SMTP settings within Quform v2?

This does seem to be quite a functionality removal that has occurred here, because it means that SMTP can now only be used globally. That means that there is no longer the ability to send using SMTP and using a different address / credentials as the sender for a particular form (all forms must now use the global address if using SMTP).
