How to encrypt file uploads and field data

Hi , On my WordPress site I wish to be able to automatically encrypt files uploaded using Quform and if possible to also encrypt submitted field data. I have very little coding experience – how can this be done?

Is there a way to encrypt or rather hide certain types of data once the user has typed… for example we are asking for their dental group number and would like the information to be replaced by * or something else as the data is typed in. I hope that makes sense (or when someone adds their ID number) same note
