How to properly merge two forms into one?

I’ve made about 20 quotation forms for my company and was ready to publish them when my marketing guys asked me to add some questionnaire and contact form to each of these 20 forms.
I created this addition and now would like to add it to all these 20 forms. What would be the best way to add this additional part to each of prepared earlier forms?
