How to Stop the Use of Flash

A SEO company has told us that our website is bad because it uses Flash. Does Quform use it.

I’ve ticked “Disable SWFUpload output” in Quform settings (we don’t require uploads anyway)… but I can still see lines like the following on our page source.

Is this caused by Quform? Thanks.
