HTML Element Heading style selector not working correctly

I am attempting to modify the formatting on the content in an HTML element. The style dropdown in the editor is not showing the options H1,H2,H3 etc. and appears to display with the wrong z-index. If I close the settings window after clicking the dropdown the options are visible behind the window. Can we get this resloved?
