I brought the Quform and it does not work

I’m running a Joomla website. I followed the instructions and did not work. It says that the message was successfully delivered but I do not receive the message in my e-mail. I spent about 4 to 5 hours trying to troubleshoot this. Is there a compatibility issue with this script and CMS joomla?
