ParticipantHello,
I have the following problem. When a created form has been completed and submitted, the person completing the form receives an email stating that the request has been successfully received and is being processed. However, the completed form is not sent to the colleague who is supposed to process it. I’ve already tried different addresses. I entered the address under Global Default Recipient. Is this wrong? How do I do it correctly?
Thanks for your help.Regards, Thomas

ParticipantHello everyone,
Thanks for the tip about using WP Mail SMTP.
I don’t think that’s the solution yet.
The autorely emails are reaching the person who filled out the form. This means that emails can be sent without the SMTP plugin. There must be another reason. It worked at first. Then, with an update, it stopped. I’ve already used other recipient email addresses. I suspect I’m making a mistake somewhere. I’d be happy to provide access to log in. You’ll probably see the problem right away.
Thank you in advance for your support.
