I have a strange problem with the conditional rules

Hi,
first of all I admire all the hard work that been made to this great plug-in.

I have a strange problem when using the conditional logic.

I know that I must have either a multiple choice, a dropdown menu or a checkboxes enabled in order for it to work. I’m working on a for that have a checkboxes and their is an other option which I want when it checked a textarea box will appear. the problem is when I check the enable conditional logic, nothing happened unless I delete the checkboxes element i.e it doesn’t show the logic rule.

please help me.

I tried to delete the checkbox element and then I check the enable conditional logic and the logic rule appeared but when I add the checkbox element back it disappear.
