I have create form, but when someone fill it, it send empty

Dear guys

I am using ASTRA theme + SPECTRA builder . the quform installed perfect and it looks fine. there is just a problem. anyone who fill the form and send it , at the receipt side, there is nothing . there is just and email that has been send from the website. that’s all.
also in the form entries, there is a form but its also empty there too.

please advise
