Image gallery breaks with QForm

Hi I am using Justified Image grid plugin and when ever the QForm is activated, I am not able to see any gallery images.

The activation also breaks showing of the slide sets displayed on the Home page of the website.

I have tried to disable all the scripts from the General settings but, it did not help

Please suggest a resolution to this issue.
