Hi,
I’ve noticed this seems to be an issue for several people in this forum. I’m having trouble with photo uploads through the Storm theme editor. Images will upload perfectly fine to the WordPress media gallery, but uploading background, logo, lightbox, etc… images does not work.
It always comes up with this error message:
“An error occurred uploading the file. You may find more information in the browser console.”Please advise.

Thank you very much.

I have the same problem and I have been checking my images. They are very small and still won’t work.
Thanks for your help.
Cheers,

January 11, 2014 at 6:51 pm #8207karmckParticipantHi, i have the same problem. Can you please help me?
All plugins are deactivated. The image file is only about 165kb. I tried jpg and png formats. I also changed the permissions of the images/backgrounds folder in the storm theme folder.Perhaps I can upload the background image manually?

“An error occurred uploading the file. You may find more information in the browser console”
Very annoying.
Ally, I’m sending you the information you’re asking for privately – please help – thank you!
