Import data (not forms) / Export Preset

Hi there,
first of all – great plugin. It works like a charm. But there are two things for what i need assistance.

1. Is i possible to import data via csv or something else?

2. Is it possible to get a ready-made link or to save settings in order to tick special fields for export automatically as in my picture?
