Import field to "From" address

Hello,

I would like to send the notification email from the person who fills in the form.

So for example, if “Jantje Klein” fills in the form, and enters the email “jantjeklein@example.com” I want to send the email from his e-mailadres (jantjeklein@example.com) with his name (Jantje Klein). I need this for in intergration in Freshdesk.

I think I have set it up correctly, but it won’t send the email to my e-mailadres.

Does someone has the same problem? Or a solution for this problem?
I know that in Contact Forum 7 this would work.
