information from the form also send to the mail to person who fill in the form

Is it posible to send also the information that is fill in on the form , send to the person that have fill in the form/mail?

Now he become only a message like:

“”Thanks for your message, John Doe
Just to let you know we received your message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Ok found the answher in this forum

But i wil only the ip mumber in the mail to the admin

furder i wont ad more vars like date eg in both e-mails, can you give a small sample?
