Is it possible to insert html into form so a third party shopping cart service can be used?

I am redesigning in WP, a new site from an old static site made in DW for a client (seatsavers.com). They are using a third party shopping cart service called asecurecart.net. The cart company states that they provide my client a cart for the products listed on my client’s forms and that all they do is provide some html to insert somewhere to create the ability to take the customer to a cart page to finalize a transaction with paypal.

Basically, I am asking if HTML can be inserted somewhere inside the forms (Quform) to enhance the functionality of the forms to achieve similar results as described above.

    Thank You
