instalation plugin quform²

hello i can’t install the quform plugin i have deactivate my theme (divi) and take an other defaut theme but the problem is similar i can’t install the plugin i deactivate all plugin but the problem is similar i have download the plugin on code canyon plateform.
What happen ?
