Install issue – white screen.

I recently uninstalled a version 1 plugin and installed a version 2 , however when i try to activate the plugin my site goes white screen and I have to disable the plugin before I can use the site again.

I am unsure what to do as now my client has no forms on their site and I have no answers for them.

Can I provide login credential to WP dashboard?

I have emailed you directly via the form on your Theme forest profile, I have included the login credentials.

I had to restore a backup of the site with the V1 plugin so the client could have access to their forms.
Each time I try to update I get white screen still.

It must be a theme conflict, I give up… will use other form plugin for this one 🙁
