Install problem.. help please :)

I have recieved an error when installing my plugin, this is the first time an install has not worked 🙁

Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare(), called in /home/riversid/public_html/caravanvillage/wp-content/plugins/iphorm-form-builder/admin/admin.php on line 2105 and defined in /home/riversid/public_html/caravanvillage/wp-includes/wp-db.php
