Iphorm Light (CSS3 rounded)

Hi,

I would like to use the “Iphorm lght” theme for my form, but I don’t like the shadow effect on all the headlines.
I it possible to remove it somehow, and have it simply in black?

Also, I broke my form into 3 columns, but I think they are too close to each other. Is there a way to control the spacing between the columns? And maybe lower slightly the form in the page?? 🙂
