Iphorm popup not working with W3 Total Cache

My iphorm popup is not working with the W3 total cache plugin. It works fine with the plugin disabled. Enabled it just displays a # after the URL.

Do i need to adjust the settings on the W3 plugin to get this working again?

I am using the Avada theme with a Linux OS
