Is it possible to create some Carousel on Form with "carouFredsel" and "QuForm"?

Hi,

Can i make image gallery carousel on “QuForm” like the attachment files with “CarouFredsel” ? And select only one of those image like radio button function and then the selected image data get in on entries like usual form after get submitted?
