Issue receiving notification emails

Hi,

we use qform for https://olingua.de and generate about 30 leads per day. All of these 30 leads are visible in the backend. Unfortunately, 1-2 leads per day do not trigger an email notification and only appear in the backend but not in our mails.

How can I solve this problem? I have already tested different emails and it still happens every day.
