Issue with Email Subject Line when Auto-Forward Function is active

Hi Quform Plugin Team,

We are having issues with the email subject line which does not change to the form settings when auto-forwarding is enabled and reverts back to the initial subject line which we had put in quite some time ago.

We have tried everything including disabling all other plugins to check if there is a conflict.

Kindly advise on how we can solve this.
