Issue With Passing data from one form to another

i set up one from to pass data to another form on a different page using the guide on your site i have the first form passing the prams in the url and going to the second form but the second form is not populating the fields with the data even though the fields are set with Dynamic values and the correct pram names in the fields what am i missing here for it to work correctly?

It dose not populate the fields in the second form if I type in the URL parameter values directly.
