I am having an issue when using the submit button conditional logic, and only one particular drop-down menu. If you look at either of these form pages, and attempt to select any state from the drop-down menu, the conditional logic checkbox disappears from the bottom of the page. If you change your selection back to “Select One:”, the checkbox reappears again. This doesn’t occur with any of the other drop-downs on the form, only the state selection. Very weird. Anyways, if you could take a look, it would be much appreciated. Thank you!
