On 2nd and 3rd page I’ve fields to upload files (jpg, pdf, png).
First field on 2nd page shows, only when radio option is “yes”. Then I can upload required file.
on other page, I’ve also 2 additional upload fields. first one also shows when some condition is meet, and one is always required.
And here is issue. When I add all 3 files, after choosing last file for 3rd field and click “next”, nothing happend. form is only “refresh”. But when I first choose file no. 3, and then go back and upload all “conditional” files, form goes thru.
I can export you my form, just tell me where send it (I don;t wanna upload it publicly).
