I’m having some issues with the mail going to the wrong recipient. It’s a contact form to get in touch with a reseller in that area. I’ve based this on conditional logic. First step is to choose “state” and under state you get to choose the “city” within this “state”. The problem occurs on “city” level when there are several email addresses under the same state. For example if there are two resellers in the same state both of them get a copy of the filled out form even if the conditional recipients rule says “send to MAIL1 if CITIES IN STATE” is equal to CITY1″.
