There is a registration form on our website kidssummer.de.
Parents can register their children for the free time.
In addition to the name of the parents and address, the form must of course also contain:

Some parents register two or more of their children. To do this, you have to open the form again for each child and enter everything again.
Is it possible to add a function – register another child and then jump back to register the next child in the family?
