10 formmail emails with jibberish. My last updated was 3/2017

is there a way to add the one select field must be greater than another?

example: they select 100000

in the next select field, they must select greater than 100000 or less than

also any area with the process.php to deny ip address or countries?

I’m also using a secure SMTP authorization with encryption so this is really puzzling.
