License/URL

I have five quform WP form builder licenses for various sites. I was in a hurry to get these sites up and running and am now just getting around to documenting the licenses in relation to their respective URLs. When I go to my account, I can acquire all the license keys but I don’t know the URLs that they are assigned to because the the key is not visible in Quform settings. Where can I find this information?
