Link Conditional logic

Hi

Is it possible to connect Conditional logic to link ?
for ex our form is http://affaldviborg.dk/levering/
when you click on Tilføj næste faremærke (checkbox) it’s show you extra field.

The question is can we replace this checkbox in link like (http://www.revas.dk/revas-pladsmand/modtagestationen/levering/revas-pladsmand-modtagestation-til-levering.html)

I have a question about the topic above
is it possible when the user click on the link then show the fields and ” when the fields are filled ” so the link will appear again so the user can add extra lines etc.
