Hello, I have created new metadata boxes in my single post with the information about “email” and “name” as you can see here.
I want to link these data that I introduce in a single post with a form that collects them directly in a specific field like email and name. I don´t know how to do or collect the IDs of the data.
My second question is: is possible to add in a metadata box more than one option, for example, 3 cities (London, NY, and Paris), and then link these 3 cities with a dropdown list in the form? In the same way, calling the form to the single post´s metadata.
