Load Plugin Files ONLY When Needed

Hi,

I am going through my site and doing some testing and noticed that the CSS, images and javascript files are being called even though the current page is NOT showing a form (Ex: Home page).

How can I configure the plugin to ONLY load necessary files when view a Quform?
