Logic On Text Entry

I am trying to create a 2 step form. I have a total of 16 zip codes and 7 booking calendars (some zip codes overlap for booking, but for user experience need to use all zip codes)

First text section user inputs zip code.

Submit button uses logic to forward to appropriate (external URL) booking calendar based on zip code.
