Logic rules panel not available when conditional logic enabled.

Hi,

when a click the Enable conditional logic checkbox, nothing happens. The Logic rules panel is not available / doesn’t show.

I’ve tried this with all the plugin’s turned off. I tested it with the custom CSS striped out. Updated everything.

Should I try and reinstall the plugin?

What else do you suggest.
