Logic rules when activated hide all my form

Hello,

I would like to try logic rules in my form but I have a problem.
When I activate this option, all my form dissapears.

I’ve seem that 1.4.8 could correct this bug but not here.
I would add that this is not the only field with the logical rule disappears but all my form. (30 fields and one with logic rule)

WP Version : 3.6
Quform version : 1.4.10

In fact, it works in quform preview but not in my WP.
