how do I configure the Mailchimp add-on to work with existing forms on my website?

I just took over a website from another developer and he was using your free Quform plugin. I purchased a license and added the Quform Mailchimp add-on and would like to integrate it into the 2 existing forms on the website.

Is this possible and is there any instruction on how to do it?
