Mailchimp plug in

I added and configured Mailchimp WP plugin. When sending email adres whith form the new email is not added in mailchimp list.
You need login credentials (site under development)

I send info as requested (login credentials) last monday to info@themecatcher.net.

Still no response after 2 days!

Please let me know what to do.

Yes they are added but double opt-in does not work. new subscribers should get an email to confirm subscription.
