Max file size limit exceeded only in non-flash

Hi guys,

We have a problem where the Flash version is working perfectly, but when the fallback non-flash version is triggered, the plugin always gives the notification error that the file size limit is exceeded – no matter what file or filesize we use and it always does it for the first file (even if there are more than one or just one).
