Menu déroulant ne fonctionne pas

Bonjour,
j’utilise WordPress 4.4.2
Quform 1.7.5
Theme WordPress Virtue premium

Dans un formulaire, j’insère un menu déroulant qui fonctionne en mode preview , par contre une fois le formulaire inséré sur le site, ce menu déroulant reste bloqué sur la première option.

Quelqu’un pourrait il me renseigner sur ce problème ? svp

In a form, I insert a drop-down menu which works in mode preview, on the other hand once the form inserted on the site, this drop-down menu remains blocked on the first option.
