ParticipantMy Quform is already a newest version. all forms submitted will also go to database as I enabled DATABASE function http://prntscr.com/azz8au
Please check below picture. You can see a lot of forms are missing send to Database. It happens randomly.

ParticipantI enabled the logs and checked the logs. I didn’t see any useful info from logs that relate to this issue.
I keep getting missing entry to Database.Can you help?

Participantcolumns used to be NOT NULL. I set all columns to NULL to see how it goes. Thanks.
