I’ve tryed to follow your instruction, but nothing. Doesn’t works!

The theme is loading the entire jQuery UI library which is conflicting with the Datepicker script that Quform loads, can you try going to Quform -> Settings on the WP menu, and tick “Disable jQuery UI output” and Save.
