Multi layer logic?

Hi there. It’a great plugin!

I’d like to make a order form with multiple items.

EX)
Item1 Quantity Notes
Item2 Quantity Notes
Item3 Quantity Notes

Is it possible customer add lines by clicking “add button”?
or multi layer or level logic?

I tried logic like this but it doesn’t work.
item 2 shows “when item1 is not empty”
Item 3 shows “When item2 is not empty”.
