    Hi Guys,

Hoping you can help me out with this. I’m trying to create a form that will have 3 fields which need to be on the same line in the e-mail received by the end user…

    For example:

Form Element A, Form Element B, Form Element C

Is this simple to do in the php?

    Thanks very much

Thanks for the quick response Ally, as always, great support.

OK I think I will use your second method…but can you tell me what I would add to the notification.php?

I can see in notification.php the code that calls hidden elements, what would I need to change to have these hidden elements on the same line?

Thanks again for all your help.

    Hi Ally,

Sorry I didn’t make myself clear in the first post at all. I want three elements specifically to all appear on the same line in the e-mail received by me.

How would I go about this?

    Thanks again
