Need to implement jquery time and date

Hi,

I need to implement a jQuery date and time on the Quform form, can you explain in simple steps how to do that.

I did it on this website, but it was with a very old version and different design (not yours!) when you go to:
http://buitenlust.nu/#!reserveren.php

And click on “Uw datum en tijd” you will see it.

Did do it my self as you can see here:

All works well except for one validation error:
Error: The for attribute of the label element must refer to a non-hidden form control.
From line 278, column 1; to line 278, column 19
-spacer”>↩<label for=”datum”>Datum

Can you please explain me how to fix this error?
