next, submit button state change rather than hide

hi, there’s conditional options to hide or show the next/submit button, but is there a way to have the state of the button change from unready to ready instead of hiding it? meaning the button is always visible but grayed out/not clickable until required fields are satisfied, at which point the button state fades to green/clickable. example attached.
