No confirmation or denial when Submitting form

Hi,

First and foremost, thank you so much for this awesome plugin.

The form works well, however, when I submit it, whether it’s successful or not, the loading gif just plays and never stops, no success tick shows up when successful, and no errors show (even with the required areas that have text that should show when they’re not filled out).

I was wondering why this is? I created a separate form to test this out as well and the same thing happened.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me out with this.
